Erection, setup and take down of all tents is done by our team and is included in the price. Prices shown are for a 2 night stay, Saturday & Sunday night. Prices shown include up to 2 people in the 4m tents and up to 4 people in the 5m tents. The ‘Furnished Range’ is the basic option, you can bring your own bedding or pay extra to hire bedding packs & extras. The ‘Luxury' Range’ is the more luxurious option, including memory foam matresses & bedding. Extras can be added. Bedding packs include duvet with cover, sheet, pillows and pillowcases. 4 Metre Bell Tents ‘Luxury' or ‘Furnished' range will sleep 2 people max - on 1 double or 2 single camp beds - (select configuration when booking) 5 Metre Bell tents ‘Luxury' or ‘Furnished' range will sleep up to 4 people max - on 2 double camp beds or 4 singles - (select configuration when booking) Furnished Range - (4m or 5m - see above) Our furnished bell tents come with camp beds, rug, table, fairy lights, bunting and welcome mat, The Furnished Range allows you the option for you to either bring your own bedding, or you can add our bedding packs at extra cost. For a more luxurious option already including bedding, see our LUXURY RANGE below. Luxury Range - (4m or 5m - see above) Our Luxury bell tents come with camp beds with 6" foam mattresses, bedding, luxury bed throws, decorative cushions, vanity mirror, centre rug, bedside table, light, flowers, table, chairs and an ottoman. Any breach of the rules may result in you being evicted from the campsite and no refund will be offered. 24 hr security in operation. • As well as your Tent Booking, campers will need to buy a weekend Festival Ticket (and a weekend Car Park Pass if you need to park onsite) from the Voodoo Festival Skiddle.com ticket page Go to Skiddle.com and search ‘Voodoo Festival’
• 2-Night stay only - Campers can Check in from 11am on Saturday, check out time is by midday Mon 1st July.
• Campers will need to carry their belongings from the carpark to the campsite - approx. 250m (or you may bring your own pull along cart) as there is no vehicle access direct to the bell tent field
• Campers can bring their own food (if it doesn’t require cooking) and drinks/alcohol into the camp site only. You cannot take your own food/alcohol into the festival site when the event is underway.
• Drinking water will be available to all campers.
• No fires, BBQs or camping stoves to brought onsite or lit on any part of the site. Cooking your own food on site is prohibited.
• No generators.
• Breakfast, lunch & dinner will be available to buy from Crouchers Hotel, Cider House Kitchen & food trucks throughout your stay
• Strictly no glass bottles will be allowed on site. Pease decant any drinks from a glass bottle into a plastic bottle before you come.
• No unauthorised sound systems allowed on site and please be respectful about loud noise on the campsite after midnight.
• No electricity hook up is available - please bring your own phone charging facilities.
• Simple, rustic warm showers & toilet facilities will be available in the camp site. These will be fairly basic. If you want luxury, please consider booking a hotel room (booking details can be found on www.voodoofest.uk)
